You’ve just launched your new gift voucher system, what was Yellow’s role in this?

The idea had been in my head for quite some time. But I didn’t know how to put it into practice.

Yellow helped me to materialise what I had in mind on my website. The team was very efficient because the system was set up for December 2021, just before the holidays. It was the perfect time.

Has this new “made in Yellow” system been as successful as you expected?

I have gained in efficiency, credibility and seriousness in the eyes of my clients. And then I quadrupled my turnover compared to the same period the year before. This is exceptional and proves the value of a system like this. And of a collaboration with a trusted partner for Yellow.

At the moment, the only question I ask myself is “why didn’t I take the plunge before? It’s a real open door for my restaurant and I can offer it at any time of the year, not just for the holidays. We can offer it for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, birthdays, etc.
